Your visit to and use of this website are governed by the terms and policies that are posted on this website. Faszon.com reserves the right to modify these policies any time. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions. All rights for the code and content, including copyright, in this website are owned or licensed by faszon.com.

Disputes, if any, will be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by faszon.com and the proceedings of Arbitrator would be governed by the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act of India, 1996.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for maintaining the secrecy of your password. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Further, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website will not cause damage to your computer, although every effort has been made to ensure the integrity of our software and to make it defect-free. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. You should also ensure that you enter your email address accurately, and update your profile whenever you change your email address, so that you do not miss any communication from us. You may use this website for browsing or purchasing our products. It is for your personal use only and commercial use in any form is not permitted. You may write to us, or post content on the website, provided such content is not objectionable and does not contain software viruses, solicitation, or spam; or any other matter which is unrelated to the website, its purpose or its contents. We are not responsible for the content of such postings by our website users. We reserve the right to use in original or modified form, without royalty and in perpetuity, any content or comments posted on our website. We also reserve the right to edit or remove any postings or comments by the users, including gift messages, if we find them offensive or inappropriate.

You may only create a hyperlink to the home page of this website in any other websites, and not to any other page or image directly. Product pictures in this site may be shown modelled with special accessories/blouse etc, which are NOT included with the product.

Cancellation of Orders

When you choose products and pay for them on our website, that is deemed to be a confirmed order. An order can be cancelled over phone or through email before your goods are shipped. We accept to cancel your order only if we receive such communication and acknowledge the same before shipping your order.

When an order cancellation is accepted by us, we would refund the amount paid to your account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Out of Stock items

Faszon.com is committed to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory exhibited on the website. However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage, we will inform you within 3 days of your purchase date and process a refund to your  account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Goods Exchange

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange the goods provided that they are unused, in their original condition, and carry all original labels and tags. Exchanges must be made within a week of delivery, and only one exchange per item is permitted. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice enclosed with your order should also be returned. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Return shipping charges would be borne by faszon.com only in case of wrong product shipment.

Product Descriptions and Prices

We try our utmost to make the information on our website as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free or complete. We request you to notify us of any such inaccuracies so that we can correct them immediately.

If faszon.com detects any errors in product pricing, we will charge the correct price to you if it is lesser than the stated price. The difference amount would be refunded to your  account.

If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will suspend the shipping process and inform you. If you are reluctant to pay the higher price, the amount paid by you would be refunded to your  account.

All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Colours, Fabric and Fit

Faszon.com has taken utmost care to reproduce the actual colors of the apparel to digital format with the highest quality possible within the technical limitations. But we recommend our customers to be advised that the actual reproduction of colors on your screen/monitor may slightly vary due to brightness and contrast settings, or color profiles used.

If any of our products which involve handicraft, a normal degree of variation and non-uniformity in color and texture is possible, as in all hand made products.

Apparel fit will vary with style and cut.

Faszon.com shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/ intervention/ direction/ prohibition or change in law/international law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
